After the success of Qingshan PEV Programm, Zonda succefully started another new self-development of quantum new energy spray booth in Yancheng, Jiangsu. President Xu Liankuan said:”Zonda new energy industry is closely connected with country policy, and accords with theme of Green, Pro-environment, Energy-saving”. 

It is reported that quantum new-energy spray booth has obvious advatages on comsumption, pro-environment, and working effeciency, compared with traditional ones. Such new-energy spray booth employs high-energy radiation hot-air equipments (doing heat exchanging in a different way from traditonal spray booth),. It takes quantum infra-red radiation as heat supply, absorbs richly radiation energy through special blackbody structure and changes into micron high-energy hot-air, rapidly doing heating, baking and solidifying to vehicle.

Through present testing, its heat exchange efficiency can be above 90%. The heat conductor’s highest temperature can reach 800℃. Each bake procedure only needs about 6-20 minutes. This can save energy 50% more than traditional heat devices. Furthermore, Zonda quantum bake process is completely physical, without no harmful gas & noise, only consuming oxygen and moisture in the air.
